CannonKeys.com is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, hard-working, and enthusiastic Customer Support Lead and champion.
Founded in early 2019 by a keyboard enthusiast, Cannon Keys has built its reputation on designing and producing high-end mechanical keyboards (such as the critically acclaimed Satisfaction 75, 2019 Keyboard of the Year). We are in a unique niche, and we have seen explosive growth due to: positive customer response to our products, engaging with our community (our Discord channel has over 5000 members), adding value to the keyboard community, and always championing our fans and customers.
Our senior leaders have experience in early-stage startups, funded startups, and worked for F100 organizations. We believe in our products, our unique value proposition, and we are looking for a Customer Support Lead who can help lead our organization to the next phase of our growth.
